The Celebration of Light fireworks competition is a Vancouver summer tradition attracting an estimated 1.4 million people. Escape the crowds and enjoy this spectacular fireworks competition from the waters of English Bay aboard Simplicity, your own private sailboat.

It's Time To Celebrate The Light
"This will be the fourth year running that Jeremy Slater has taken groups of up to six people into English Bay on his 28-foot sailboat - named Simplicity - to watch the sparkling skies. The skipper's fireworks tradition trades in the crowded beaches for the boat-filled harbour and a unique view of the breathtaking displays. Guests can even go sailing for a couple of hours before the boat is anchored in the bay and the show begins.

"It's the private space - having your own washroom on hand, it's right there, you don't have to fight through the crowd to get somewhere, and really having the best seat in the house seeing as you're right underneath them, front row."
